Server Error Error 2 Opening Registry Key
All sites are hosted with the same provider and similarly configured. To test whether it was just having problems with my username, i added my user to the iis on the server. It takes just 2 minutes to sign up (and it's free!). I tried this solution but it doesn't solve the problem. his comment is here

Anyway, once I copied the folder to the new location and opened it in Front Page it created the folder as a web.
