I'm fairly certain GoDaddy would be foolish to turn on hot-deploy config on their tomcat server. The link that had worked in the <%@ include tag still works even if it is not included on the JSP, instead, I coded the link directly in the JSP. Why is international first class much more expensive than international economy class? I have viewed the form post request using FireFox Live Headers and everything looks correct.
