Sd770is Lens Error


This is my 2nd canon the first one was canon sd850 and I had the same problem about three times before I took it back. Other possible sources are physical jarring during operation or low battery during operation. error message comes up "lens error-restart camera" I have tried easing the lens with a tiny screwdriver as suggested by someone with the same problem. Do you?
